Don't wait untill problems pile up and cause a lot of trouble before trying to solve them. Leaders must march ahead the movement, not lag behind it.

We should not become complacent over any success. We should check our complecency and constantly criticise our shortcomings, just as we should wash our face or sweep the floor every day to keep them clean.

New things have to experience difficulties and setbacks as they grow.
